Much words. Such length. Very paragraphs.

I'm supposed to be either sleeping or doing my proposal. Instead, I'm blogging. Because blogging is what you do when you have to procrastinate. Just gonna describe my life the past few days :D

My first day at work (19 Dec) at Shin Kushiya was actually quite fun because I met this really nice girl. She showed me around and we talked for a bit and I really like her. She's also quite pretty - her name is Renee and she looks a little bit like Cherly Er. I'm gonna miss her when she quits in Jan but I told her to enjoy her holiday before JC starts LOL. On my second day of work I met this guy who was really anti-social and like I tried talking to him but he seems really shy and idk he don't want to talk ): I met another guy also and at first I thought he was gonna be those act cool guys, because he seemed that way that day. The nice girl tried to talk to him and to get to know him better but like he seemed rather exclusive. The next day I worked with him again and I got to know him better and he's actually really nice! Like at first he taught me how to brew the jap tea, then he taught me how to make the drinks on the menu, and he also made a drink for me in the last hour of work. I accidentally spilled water on a customer (oops! I was major scared at first but the manager was quite nice about it he just asked me what happened and that's all) and the nice guy came to calm me down and told me not to worry about it. He also helped me clean up the mess because I was so flustered I kind of forgot what I'm supposed to be doing hahaha. During the entire shift he also kept smiling at me for god knows what reason hahaha then we just burst into laughter and it was kind of hard for me to contain my laughter cuz I was "on the floor" duty where I have to stand outside and take orders/serve customers whereas he is safe in the kitchen cuz he was on "runner" duty. Oh and he also shared his dinner with me haha. The kitchen crew likes him so they will save some food for him when he's doing the night shift (not a lot lah) and he gave me some and OMG the skewers are really awesome?! Everytime I go there I don't order their skewers even though it's their signature cuz I was only interested in the sashimi LOL. Yeah okay I think I talked too much about the nice guy but he really quite nice lor, like he try to act cool but he's also nice to me. Too bad he's not of the right age hahaha but he's like a little brother I never had ^^

Oh another thing that made me like my job more was that the supervisor praised me hahaha. He thought that I worked in f&b before because he said that I learnt everything really fast, especially since it was my first day at work and he usually had to teach the newbies for two weeks before they know how to do stuff. I feel so happy about myself LOL. *pats self on back* AND I LEARNT TO TAKE ORDERS ON THE SECOND DAY. Like usually they only teach those who worked there at least 2-3 weeks before they can take orders but he was so impressed with me that he taught me on the second day hahaha. And I think he told the managers that I am an awesome worker because they also treat me super nicely. YAY FOR ME. But working full day shift for 3 days straight really no joke leh even though i have 3hrs break in the middle. Gonna see how long I can last on this job hahaha.

Hmm let's see... Oh I think tuition is really easy money. Especially when I raised my fees to $30/hr and I teach a minimum of 2hrs. (: I am super proud of myself because I managed to help my P4 kid get into the 'best' class. She is not super smart but she is book-smart. Like those kind of kids who can do exams really well if they got do assessments but she's not very creative or can think outside the box kind. I like to teach her because she's shy (only when talking to me, when she's talking to her mum it's like freaking loud but she whispers when she talks to me lol) and she does all my homework (95% of the time). Oh and her mum always, ALWAYS, offers me food.

Sunday was a really eventful day. I had a shopping date with my brother in the afternoon up until 11pm. About 8 hours of shopping non-stop. I have never in my life bought so much stuff in one day. And nothing was for me. (Well one of it was but it's like a free thing so not counted.. ) We met all our objectives for that day: present for our Dad, present for our Mum, present for our sis, present for our secret santas, present for our maid, present for my Dad's secret santa, present for his best friend, present for his gf. We spent the longest time looking for his present for his gf because he couldn't decide what to buy at first and he didn't have a lot of budget. But his budget for the girl is like triple of his budget for his family -.- In the end became like 5 times the amount... And well we couldn't get it in time because in the end he wanted to get a Baggu bag for her and i didn't know Rockstar didn't carry their backpacks anymore and I brought him there and he was so disappointed. We started off at Plaza Sing and went to 313, to Scape, to Wisma, then back to Taka, then back to Wisma again, then to cineleisure and finally to Ion. Freaking tired I tell you. And he was carrying all the liquor that we bought, about 4litres probably and plus the glass bottles. And a lot of other stuff as well. We settled at Starbucks at Ion in the end and we googled where to buy Baggu bag and in the end he decided to ship it in and give it to her late. I also made him buy on Baggu for my birthday next year :D I'm not really into it but I think it's very convenient and the colour was GORGEOUS. Well yeap I was having a splitting headache from 5pm and it got worse towards the end but I braved through the shopping and mad sprint everywhere. It was worth it I guess. We had so much shopping done.

Had tuition in the morning of Monday (no work yay because the restaurant is closed!!) and earned my easy $60!! Then went off to amk hub to meet Jub and came back to my house to nua. We really very nua we spent an hour in bed together. Just scrolling our phones LOL. I painted awesome Christmas nails for her hehehe I didn't know I could draw snowflakes so well before this HAHAHA. My nails are bare as usual, I don't really like painting them anymore. Like I like to paint (paint in general, not confined to nails) for others but I don't think it looks classy (oops) so I don't sport them. Well my little cousin (4yo) came over today and he requested for me to paint his nails :/ I sincerely hope he doesn't tell his parents because I think they are not gonna like it very much ): I removed them immediately though and he was so reluctant.... Oh well. He is so hyperactive omg.

Okay yeah I kind of have nothing to talk about anymore. More visuals in the next post, hopefully.

PS: Oh yeah my sister is leading my dream life right now??? Like graduating from uni soon, marrying rich soon, having a cozy house of their own with nice wallpapers, having a turntable at home?! I really love turntables. I will have one next time. I need one. Please can someone gift it to me?? I will love you to the moon and back, seriously. If i was rich enough, I wouldn't be collecting CDs, I would be collecting vinyls. I have one rolling stones one which I have yet to remove from it's original packaging hahaha cuz I was considering selling it since I never know when I will ever get to have a turntable. I am gonna go my sis' house to play her Imagine Dragons album on the turntable. Awesome. I am gonna buy her a Lawson one next year or something, so I can go and listen there. Turntables are awesome, just saying.

Here's a song I kind of am hooked now, maybe because it describes what I'm feeling right now or maybe because I just really like the indie/alt rock beat:
