FOOD.

And hence began my journey to eat healthy and exercise regularly. 
I must say Insanity is THE SHIT. I'm only on the slack part of it yet and I have yet to reach the intense second half and I am dying day by day hahaha. The first few days were the worst and I had muscle sores all over my body, literally. Every move I made hurt BAD. I grew to like it then I started drinking protein shakes (not sure if it is entire due to this) then my muscles began to stop being sore and I just feel like... How I normally feel after exercising lah. I kind of feel a little bit stronger now and I lost about 2kg and 1 inch off my waist. Not a lot given I am super fat ass hahaha. This workout is not for the faint hearted. My sis tried out the first day with me (it was only the bloody fit test LOL) and she died like 10 minutes into it. She was freaking pale and gonna faint. Sigh. 

I still do have cheat meals every now and then, and snacks but I try to keep them at a minimum. Let myself go the last few days because I had my period (dum dum dummmmm) so now I have to stop giving in to cravings/temptations ):

These are actually really yummy, except maybe for the tomato one because I HATE TOMATOES. 
HAHAHAHA.
